How to use your
investor code
It takes about thirty seconds. Your code is in your email from Legion M. Here is exactly where it goes, and the one thing that trips most people up.

Put the right thing in your cart
This is the one that catches people, so it is worth ten seconds.
A code only works on the exact item it was made for. We sell the collector cards two ways, as a set and as singles, and the names look almost the same in a cart. If the wrong one is in there, the code will simply do nothing and tell you very little about why.

Go to checkout
Click Check out from your cart. You do not need an account and you do not need to sign in.

Find the box marked “Discount code or gift card”
On a computer it sits in the order summary on the right hand side, directly under the item.
On a phone that summary starts collapsed. Tap Order summary at the top of the checkout to open it, and the box is inside. This is the step most people miss.

Paste the code and click Apply
The price changes straight away. If your code is the free card set, the line goes to $0.00. If nothing moves, the code did not take, and the next section says why.
Capital letters do not matter.

Add your address and cover the shipping
The cards are free. Shipping is not, and that is the whole of the catch.
Postage is worked out live by USPS from your address, so there is no single number we can print here. For most addresses in the US it comes to somewhere around $7.50, and it depends on where you live and which option you pick.

Four reasons, in the order they actually happen

The wrong item is in the cart
Far and away the most common one. Go back to step one and check the name against your email. A code made for the set will not move the price on the singles.

A stray space came along for the ride
Copying out of an email often grabs a space on the end, which is enough to break it. Type it in by hand instead.

Another code is already in the box
Checkout will hold one order level code at a time. If something else is sitting there from an earlier visit, remove it and apply this one on its own.

None of the above
Reply to any email we have ever sent you. It reaches a person, not a queue, and we will sort it out.

It came in your email from us
We do not print codes on this page, for reasons that are probably obvious. Search your inbox for Legion M, and if it is nowhere to be found, reply to any email from us and we will send it over again.
