Shipping policy

We do not offer free guaranteed two-day delivery (we're not quite there yet!), so for now, most in stock items are shipped out within 3 to 5 business days (which doesn't include weekends or holidays), then the shipping method chosen at checkout determines the estimated delivery time. As soon as your order is being processed, you’ll receive an email with tracking information, and you should begin to see transit details shortly thereafter, once the package is picked up by the carrier. 

EXCEPTIONS

CUSTOM PRINT ITEMS: items marked "print on demand" or "custom print" can take an additional 7 to 10 business days (which doesn't include weekends or holidays) to process before they are shipped out. So please be sure to factor that in when you are placing an order.

PRE-ORDERS: items marked as "pre-orders" are not in stock and will not start shipping out until the date noted on the item page. Be aware that date is only an estimate and it can change if there are any manufacturing delays. These types of delays are beyond our control, but if they do happen, please know that we are always working diligently to get pre-orders in stock and shipped out as quickly as possible. IMPORTANT: other items that are purchased at the same time as a pre-order item will ALL ship together once the pre-order is released. If you need those items sooner, please purchase them separately.

SPECIALTY ITEMS: special one-of-a-kind items (like autographed posters, scripts, screen-worn clothing, props/prop-replicas, etc...) or items that are shipped directly from another vendor are non-refundable and orders cannot be canceled or returned once they have shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, if required by the destination country. The fees may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Legion M is not responsible for paying these fees and they were not collected at the time of purchase.

NOTE: We have been seeing extended transit times for packages going to international addresses, with some packages taking upwards of two months (sometimes longer) to arrive. Unfortunately, it's not something that we have any control over, so please factor this in when placing an order, if it's being shipped overseas.
