  2. 2018 FORM 1-K ANNUAL REPORT. This annual report (filed 4/30/19) includes financial information for Legion M through 12/31/18, including audited 2018 financial statements.

STOCK CERTIFICATES

Legion M's stock ownership records are maintained electronically and without the issuance of paper certificates. To accommodate our ambitious scale and provide our shareholders with modern convenience and access to their shares, Legion M is in the process of moving to a new registered transfer agent and setting up a new shareholder management tool. We will provide more details on this as they are available.

In the meantime, you can always access your signed subscription agreement via Wefunder’s portfolio page. You can click "contracts" to access and download this file. This will serve as your proof of owning stock in the company, and will display the amount you spent, the shares you received, and the date of the purchase.
