STOCK CERTIFICATES

Legion M's stock ownership records are maintained electronically and without the issuance of paper certificates. To accommodate our ambitious scale and provide our shareholders with modern convenience and access to their shares, Legion M is in the process of moving to a new registered transfer agent and setting up a new shareholder management tool. We will provide more details on this as they are available.
